Enjoyed our stay here. Great location as it's in a quite street and very handy to the central to town, walking distance to shops and restaurants which was handy. The owners are very helpful and would stay again.
Its in a good location and is clean but we paid $123 for a room with freezing cold showers. the manager said it hadnt happend before but we found out next door didnt have hot showers either, they apologized but no compensation. It was Freezing outside.
A completely new Hot Water system has been installed on this property.
There is loads of hot water!

Although the rooms were acceptable, noisy tree branches crashing against the roof were not. They should be cut back. Forbes is a pleasant town (far more so than Dubbo) but this motel needs some landscaping attention.
All trees affecting any roof areas have been completely removed.
There are no branches to cause any noise.
