This is one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. The rooms are large and comfy, the kitchen huge with all utensils and cutlery provided. Its not the busiest in the off season but if you need a bed and a chance to chill out its perfect, it doesn't feel like a hostel and the garden is a great little... More

Friendly reception! We both got the members price on the one card. Very neat and tidy - well maintained facililties; from the bedrooms to bathrooms and common areas. Free bread and cooking seasonings in the kitchen, as well as shared utensils make cooking a meal a breeze. Located in a quiet part of town. Free internet laptop in TV area... More

First time i have ever stayed at a YHA. Stayed at Baywatch Manor with 2 mates for the Annanconda Adventure Race . The family room was very small with a double bed and a set of bunks. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen facilities were really good with Jonny (manager) cleaning... More

Nice and clean hostel in this small town. The managers are really nice and helpfull. The only thing I can complain about is the cold, even with the oven on. There weren't a lot of people, but I guess that depends on the time of the year.

Located just off the main road, it's a charming place. Only complaint is that the bed's too soft n they don't properly separate the bathroom n toilet causing de whole bathroom to stink wen someone's doing their thing!

Pleasant hostel with good facilities. In town, but some distance to beaches. Very quiet "off-the-beaten-track" kinda place. Pleaant atmosphere. Cheap and cheerful. No lockers in dormitory. Recomended.

4 mates of mine on folding bicycles bus to Augusta and stayed at YHA. Impressed w the cleanliness and spacious grounds. Rooms were basic but decent. V friendly and helpful owner (John). Nice big kitchen to prepare meals and the location is just a stone's throw from the famous Augusta Bakery. Will be back!

The owners are *incredibly* friendly and helpful, cheers Georgina and John, if only all hostel owners were like you!!! I spent three days in the Manor and had the house almost to myself, bliss! Everything was very clean, from my single room with ensuite bathroom down to the kitchen, common area and lounge. My room didn't have a carpet, which... More

The place is so new, clean, spacious, and well decorated that it doesn't deserve to be called a "Hostel". Staying in a private, ensuite room (and, on top, we had ocean view) is the same feeling as staying in a very nice hotel room. The kitchen area is clean, large, and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, etc. The... More

Our stay at Baywatch Manor Resort was quite dissapointing. We have stayed in hostels in Australia which were far better. To start with, the rooms were very cold because there was no heating. Only the kitchen area and the sitting are heated by a log fire. Secondly, management had appointed a guest as a caretaker who watched every step we... More
