If you want some fun in the sun, great food, amazing location, spectacular beach, tennis, etc., consider the Grassmere Inn, in West Hampton Beach. The facility is clean and cozy and serves a nice light breakfast. Whether you are with your family or your friends, this is the place to be.

The owner Peter Kaplan is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He's an incredible conversationalist, carries sleeve-fuls of engaging stories, and is a joy to talk to. “All you need”

My Kids and I stayed at the Grassmere this July and had a wonderful time. We are simple folks and loved the short distance to the gorgeous beach, the very clean and simple rooms, the friendly staff and the affordability. Just what the doctor ordered.

“Grassmere saved me during the storm”

During the hurricane my family and I moved into the Grassmere. While it's not the Ritz, it's clean, comfortable and the people who run it are very nice and accommodating. It also happens to be in a very convenient location.
