Great place for a family vacation. The units were well maintained and clean. Llots off activities to do with kids swimming, paddle boating, mini golf etc. Great location, very close to Grandfather Mountain and other attractions. Very convenient.

Festiva is in the process of upgrading the entire resort. Love the new decor! Very well done! We've visited many times and are delighted to see improvements to the property each time. For those who love nature there is much to see and do in this beautiful area.
