This hotel is old, smelly and tired. The laundry facilities are damaged, the kitchen stove top did not work, the AC sounded like a helicopter was landing and the rooms smelled. This is an open air hotel and the noise from the parking lot was horrible. The staff were just going through the motions. Don't stay here.

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel in the north side of Charlotte. We found Nice accommodations, very comfortable beds and very clean room at this Homewood Suites. We will definitely stay at another Homewood suites hotel in the future.

Front desk staff was nice and professional. It is nice having a separate room for my wife and infant while our two older daughters slept on the sofa bed.
