We stayed here because it was close to the airport. They took us to the airport and we were able to leave our car at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when traveling out of Charlotte airport. The wifi connection was fine for us.

Hyatt Place City Park in Charlotte is a great business hotel. Nice TV, comfortable furnishings, free wifi, free parking. In addition it has the best breakfast among hotels in it's class and definitely the best complementary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel in the United States. Great place and will stay there again.
