“Superior Service”

I arrived late in the evening and was pleased to discover they had upgraded me to a corner room. There was a coffee maker and an ice box which came in very handy due to my all day meetings. The staff was very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations.

“Comfortable stay”

First overnight stay in charlotte. Came up for Heat vs Bobcat game. Walking distance to arena but with children we drove. We did however walk to 6th street to eat at Brixx wood fire pizza.This hotel is very secure, ( you have to use key card for everything). Room and bath area was spacious. Staff was friendly. Was there for a company meeting, the staff were great along with the food. Only problem with the stay was when I checked in they gave me a room with someone in it already,quite the surprise to each of us.Elevators very quick.

My 4 night stay was excellent. The entire hotel is first rate. Although I did not eat in the restaurant, the wait staff in the bar area were very professional, friendly, and made the after hours are real enjoyment.
