Very convenient to downtown Charlotte and for the room you get, very reasonable compared to other hotels in the downtown area. Staff was very friendly and the shuttle service was offered anytime you walked by the front desk. I found no need for the shuttle though as the convenience to the downtown attractions didn't warrant riding. Breakfast was good too... More

had one small complaint with the housekeeping dept. but overall a good location close to downtown, friendly staff and breakfast was delicious. would stay there again and problably will. highly recommended.

Staff was very helpful with everything, and they always had a smile on their faces! The room was clean and housekeeping was prompt and helpful. It's a great location, within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

This Hampton's Mini Suites are perfect for a couples getaway!! We will definitely stay here again if we're ever in the downtown Charlotte area. Each staff member was generous and joyful. The service and employee are very good. Cleanliness of the room is average esp. the linen. I did not sleep for 2 nights because I was itchy. Till I figure it out that it comes from ther linen. You can get pretty much anywhere in downtown walking from here. Good restaurants, bars, and museums. Is one of the Bly options that I found with breakfast, parking and Internet included. You can save a lot of money by having these 3 things included. Good service. Breakfast area is small for the times the hotel is fully booked.
