“Excellent Stay”

Very clean, amazing lobby. Great Experience, they shuttled us to our restaurant and picked us up. Qucik morning breakfast, did not have to wait in line. Very accomodating on snacks and beverages in the meeting rooms.

“Wonderful Anniversary Stay”

This is a great hotel that is 1st class with friendly staff, great appearance and comfortable bed and furnishings. The evening reception drinks were wonderful and the snacks were just okay (chips and salsa) but the breakfast was outstanding. The ladies cooking were very friendly and the omelets were delicous!!

Nice hotel, attitude of front desk staff was not very pleasant. Especially the Account Manager. Complimentary Breakfast was very good and wait staff were very pleasant...maybe they need to work at the front desk, or teach the front desk staff how to treat guest!

We frequently stay at Embassy Suites and found this property to be quite nice. About 5 miles off the Expressway, which isn't quite as convenient as some others but still manageable . One thing to bring me back to this location over the concord mills Embassy is the free drinks and now they have change to the 2 minimum drink which has TOTALLY changed my future plans from this certain Suites.
