We stayed for one night here and chose this hotel because we are huge Residence Inn fans and the location was a mile from UNCC where my husband had a meeting. This Residence Inn did not disappoint in any way. We used marriott points for a studio room which was very spacious. Full kitchen and living room area. We enjoyed... More

Moved here from another hotel in the area that was less than adequate. It was recommended by fellow colleagues staying there also. The minute I opened the door I felt relief. The room was newly updated, spacious, clean and well appointed. I had a room towards the back and it was very quiet. The exercise room was also well equipped... More

Thank you for you kind comment. Our focus at the Residence Inn is our guests. Whether it be our spacious rooms, an ample fitness center for work out in, ( I am wofking on getting the 5 and 10 pound weights replaced) or our customer service where we focus on making every guest feel at home. We value your comments... More

We only stayed one night but I highly recommend this Residence Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bed linens were clean. Room was very large with sofa and kitchen included. Almost like home! The breakfast buffet that is included with the room was great! Hot eggs, sausage. biscuits and gravy along with a ready to make waffles!... More

I recently stayed at this Residence Inn while visiting relatives in Mt. Holly. It was very easy to reach from Route 85. The hotel was surrounded by a number of restaurants, drug stores, etc, so it would certainly be easy to pick up some groceries or forgotten items. We found our room to be clean and spacious - exactly what... More

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. The hotel is very clean, with a 'town-house' feel, rather than traditional hotel rooms lined up along a hallway. The room was very nice, with a kitchen (including refrigerator, dishwasher and small table), living room with sofas, king-size bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very good, with waffles, eggs,... More

We stayed at this hotel while relocating to Charlotte. The staff is friendly and the management staff is very helpful. The breakfast is ok but gets old if you stay there for more than 5 days. The location is near a fire station so if there is an emergency at night, you will hear the sirens. The dishwasher kept failing... More

My husband and I arrived to the RI on North Tryon and was initially pleased with our choice of hotel. It was very spacious, updated kitchen and rather cozy. This property is the old school Residence Inn layout that is more like an apartment style. Not the big box Residence Inn they have been building lately. But it has been renovated and modernized. The only thing that hasnt been renovated is they are still using the old school tube tv's. They call them flat screen tv's but they arent... More
