Not impressed - Tight slot machines, no free cocktails, no 24-hour table poker, the atmosphere felt like a funeral home, it took over an hour before a waiter to even ask if I needed something to drink ... though the casino was beautifully decorate ... I don't think I would I ever go back.

It is a great place! Everybody there is so good and accommodating! I did very well on the slots! the only problem I had was a smoker in the non-smoking area of the casino two slots over from me. I asked a casino server about the problem and it was quickly resolved!

The accommodations, service, things to do within the complex was great. No free drinks in the casino area was very disappointing because we have enjoyed the other Harrah casino's and were extremely pleased.

Very nice place and very friendly staff. I can't wait to go back. Good food and rooms were very nice and the entire place was spotless. Nice fun getaway. This place was huge with many different options and very surprised how well run it was. Even all the dealers and casino workers were just all so friendly.

The room was amazing. My husband had to be pried out of the jacuzzi. Representative made sure that we had the room we preferred and that our stay was outstanding. Excellent casino in mountains of North Carolina close to Tennessee. We came from California to visit relatives in Knoxville and made day trip to Cherokee Casino This place beats any Indian casino in California with Craps, Blackjack and roulette tables.
