We have stayed here many times when we travel to the mountains. There is a great view of Chimney Rock. The river is very soothing to watch and listen to. Every night there is a bonfire where everybody sits around visits and makes smores. The only downside is that management sticks to the 10:00 quiet rule.

My extended family stayed here for two nights, and all ten of us were delighted with the accommodations.
