After staying in another very disappointing hotel on previous business trips, I was really hoping this one would be different. I was worried at first, because it's extremely tough to find. You can see the hotel from I-40, but once you get off the highway, things are very poorly marked. There is minimal signage, many other unmarked buildings, and driveways... More

Great price on a one week stay at this hotel for a conference. Gym is newly renovated and quite inclusive with free weights, weight machines, treadmills and elipticals. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable (allowing adjustment regarding firmness). Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but this is compensated by 24hr use of their shuttle service which... The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice with all the amenities. When first arriving our room was not the right room for my family; however, the General Manager corrected the situation immediately! He assisted us with moving our luggage to a different room and was very sincere in his apology. The General Managers name is Ron Hunter... More

I was booked in this hotel for a conference. I had no choice as to where to stay. The lobby is lovely, coffee all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At the conference we were served meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the banquet rooms and the food was amazingly good, very surprised by the cuisine, really good. The beds... More

Solid beds, extremely helpful staff, a little mildew above shower, but beyond that, clean, and as expected from a 3.5 star hotel. Fixtures mildly worn. Great gym, more spacious, and with more, new equipment, than expected. Decent toiletries. And ... there was hardly anyone else here (almost spooky), plus, $50 on Priceline! More

Easy access to the Research Triangle Park and in a scenic location. Room was very large and quiet. Booked on priceline and got a great rate. More

We stayed at this hotel only 1 night last weekend. The hotel has been renovated inside, but the layout and the buildings are a bit outdated. It is primarily a hotel for conferences or business people visiting Research Triangle Park Monday to Friday. We got a good rate for Saturday and the hotel was only about quarter full. There are... This Radisson has potential but definitely unrealized. The front desk was bland and unfriendly. The room was fairly clean and a good size. Lots of channels and a solid TV! Sleep number beds were nice. More
