“NICE HOTEL, RENOVATIONS ALMOST FINISHED”

Needs a little work on the business center and fitness center. The business center had only one printer that needed ink so it did not work. The mouse for the desktop was not working properly. The fitness center lacked weights and only had one eliptical. Overall was a very pleaseant stay that I would most likely use again.

“Fayetteville stay”

Thank you for having Government rates available. Very convenient to Ft. Bragg for travel....just minutes away. Clean room, very friendly staff. Nice that breakfast is offered daily, and great that on Tuesday and Wednesday there is a social hour complete with wine and beer.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel, it has a great design and located right across the street from the Cross Creek Mall and near lots of restaurant options. The staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was well supplied and delicious.

“Great Experience - Newly Remodeled Hotel”

Stayed in this hotel 3 times in the last year as our son plays travel baseball. Have always been pleased with this property, however the hotel is newly remodeled making it even better. Lobby is gorgeous. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast has variety to choose from. Good location near restaurants and shopping.

“DO NOT STAY HERE! Where to begin...hotel was undergoing major renavations. There was a suicide at the motel next door.”

Horrible horrible pace. I would not recommend this place at all. Smells like paint. Terrible parking. The staff was rude. Breakfast was stopped at 10 am even though it was supposed to go to 1030. Just bad experience. Save your money and stay at the nicer HIE next door.

They warn you about the remodeling currently going on bu, that's no reason for all the problems this place has. I whole heartedly concur w/ other reviews concerning the staff. They were excellent. The hotel is being renovated so somewhat of a mess and understandable. However, doing floor tile work at night just outside the room door wasn't the best for relaxing.
