Marriott Courtyard is upgrading/replacing their hotels. This is one of the newer styles and was a most welcome find after a long day traveling on Route 95. The location is good (gazillion restaurants within walking distance) and the staff very freindly. More

Since we had to drive from Florida to Virginia, I reserved this Courtyard using Marriott points. We stayed for one night and were very pleased. We had a suite with 2 queens. The room was very spacious withflat screen TVs in the sitting area and bedroom area. The lobby was nice and had wireless internet access. The hotel was very quiet with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!! More

We have family in Fayetteville and have stayed at various properties in the area. The Marriott Courtyard exceeded our expectations. The rooms had been totally remodeled and the location was very convienent. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The property had a wonderful pool and jacuzzi. This property will be our NEW place to stay when in town. More
