We were in Greenview for our Granddaughter's graduation from ECU. The room was in excellent condition, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. We found the staff and music in the Bistro room to be great. By the way we did not find any grease in our breakfast at all. Thanks to all of you for a very pleasant stay.... More

This was our second time staying in the City Hotel in Greenville. This time we had 2 rooms and were there for our son's graduation from ECU. When we returned from the graduation around lunch time, one of our doors was unlocked. We entered the room and discovered that housekeeping had been there since we left, so we knew who... More

This was the first time ever staying at City Hotel and Bistro. The service there excelled my expectations. Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was THE BEST. The rates were great. I world definately stay there again when I'm in the area!!! Also located right across from shopping center.

I visited this hotel in April for a business meeting. I will say this hotel is beautifully decorated, the attend to each detail of service. The carpet in my room appeared new. The room was very well clean and set up with plenty of space. I stayed in Rm 343 - king size room. One thing I found odd though... More

This was my first stay at the City Hotel and Bistro, and it was an average experience across the board. Average room, average food, average service from staff at all levels. Nobody did anything wrong or bad; I just didn't have anything impress me at any point. With other hotels in the vicinity, I would probably try someplace else next... More

I was in Greenville, NC for business from March 12th through the 16th and stayed at the City Hotel & Bistro in room 424, a "Non-Smoking King Suite". Since this was a corner room it was larger than the standard rooms my other travelers had, and I would recommend asking for a similarly sized suite (the rates were identical). One... More

I stayed at the City Bistro on my first trip to Greenville, so I really have nothing to compare the hotel to locally, but I would say that it is passable. The hotel had 3 real big plusses. 1) Free wifi (that I was generally able to access most of the time and when I did it was quite fast),... More

I guess my first mistake was letting them put me on the first floor. It was very noisy. I could hear the tv and blow dryer in the room next to me. Its an older hotel that needs to be updated. The work part of the hotel was the fitness room that they say they have. It was horrible. The... More

We've stayed twice now the City Hotel & Bistro and that is where we prefer to stay. It's older but clean and we have like both our rooms. We prefer the bottom floor. You get a complementary breakfast (full blown) but the last time they're shipment hadn't arrived and by the time we ain't there wasn't much there. It's mostly... More

I have stayed here several times. The rooms are consistently clean, neat, and comfortable. No, it would not be my favorite place, but for their price it would be tough to beat. There are certainly many hotels in Greenville I have stayed in for more money that were not nearly as enjoyable. Breakfast is included, but perhaps is not as... More
