We had a great stay. The hotel staff is amazing: helpful, professional and very friendly. Our room was great and very clean. My daughter loved the pool. The only problem was that the jacuzzi didn't work the second day. They did have it looked at right away, but I was disappointed.

Hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are quiet and clean. It is a relaxing stay each time we come to visit. Breakfast is good. Breakfast area is kept clean. Great place to spend a night or two in Greenville. Good location.

This was a stopover on a trip to the Outer Banks from western North Carolina. We usually count on Hampton Inns for clean, quiet and comfortable rooms and a quick breakfast before we move on and this one did not disappoint. Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Wifi service was somewhat erratic but we could live with it.

This hotel is similar to the Hilton next door in many ways. Both are good values. The Hampton is somewhat newer, clean, and serves an ok breakfast. The beds are very comfortable; the pillows a bit soft for me. The location is hard to beat. The staff are always friendly.
