“Terrible service and accommodations, please beware”

The cabin and area were nice but the amenities and customer service were completely atrocious. Promise to but: -did not send email confirmation -did not provide a working jacuzzi/hot tub -and most importantly did not provide hot water (it was freezing out). We had a wonderful experience at the Skyline Lodge. Would much rather stay up in the mountains at the Skyline than any of the hotels in downtown Highlands--well worth the 3 mile drive off Main Street. The staff was great, delicious food & beautiful views.

short stay needed more the staff was so accomadating and the restaurant was wonderful. Moose Lounge was great Friday and Saturday night after dinner, Dylan is a fantastic bartender and he will keep the conversation fun.
