Now that you got rid pf the jerk you had at the desk, the lady was very nice and polite and got us a room without walking into an occupied room. I believe her name is Ruby. The breakfast room was well maintained by another nice lady but I didn't get her name. Much better. We almost didn't stop this... More

No complaints. Ruby the desk clerk was very accommodating. Nice lady The room met our needs. The only negative is no elevator. Had to haul luggage up outside stairs. For us seniors, no easy task. The only rooms on the first floor were smokers.
