I would stay there again. It was good for the price. The rooms were quiet. Its not the fanciest but it is a good place to stay

The location and price of the Howard Johnson in Lumberton was very good. The breakfast was terrible - very sparse and not refreshed with even the little bit of packaged breakfast rolls. When we booked, we understood that there would be a sofa in our room, but that was not the case.

The Howard Johnson's on the Roberts Road exit for Lumberton, NC was a really nice surprise. Very clean and exceptionally good carpets, linens & bed, and bathroom. Compared to other motels/ hotels in area, this was a great bargain. Will definitely stay here again on my way to Florida.

Perfectly located for half way travelers to NY or Fl. Just off 95. Priced fine, fairly clean. Older style. BUT, just neglected. Glass in picture in room broken with jagged large pieces.
