very clean.well kept,the local was perfect for where we had 2 be,right by the mall, the staff was also great.i never wanted 2 stay there for some reason. but im glad i did. i will return.and the price was right.i will be seeing you guys soon.

“Awesome hotel in Monroe, NC”

I haven't stayed in a Best Western Hotel in several years because of bad experiences in the past. However, this property was clean, new, wonderful staff, and great location. Thanks. Best Western Monroe.

“Super clean, friendly and welcoming”

I stay here whenever I come to Monroe. The rooms are always extraordinarily clean, the service is exceptionally friendly, and the whole facility, especially the extra large inviting lobby is very welcoming. I wish we could clone this home away from home in every city in the country.

“Great Hotel - Lose the Perfume”

Great room, friendly service, good location. Will come back again. Excellent review on all aspects except for the electric room deodorizer. Was way too strong. Had to unplug and wrap in a plastic bag.

“Harley Freindly and a Nice place”

This and all Best Westerns are associated with HOG, Harley Owners Group and provide discounts to it's members.The people are very friendly and went out of their way to accomidate me. The rooms are very clean and the internet access was very fast. All in all a very nice stay

Stayed in a double queen room and was quite impressed with this place! The beds were actually VERY comfortable and felt almost like it had a memory foam pillow top on it. The room was in great shape, smelled DELICIOUS, and was very comfortable. We were on the bottom and didn't hear people banging around upstairs or anything. Loved it.... More
