This was a wonderful place to stay, we wish we had stayed longer than one night. The accommodations were great! Happy hour was fun and got to meet another couple staying. The breakfast was the best part. Erin served eggs benedict with a side of fruit and it was very delicious. It was one of the best meals on our... More

Our stay at the Cove was a delight. The accommodation was superb and the breakfast was delicious. The inn keepers gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Cove as a brilliant place to stay on Ocracoke.

We stayed in the Portsmouth Room located on the third floor with a gorgeous view of the Pamlico Sound. The suite is roomy and airy. We were able to relax and enjoy all that Ocracoke offers. Erin and Chad made us feel at home and the gourmet breakfasts were out of this world. The porch is arranged for casual conversation... More

This was only the second time that we have stayed in a B&B with the first being over 20 years ago. What a wonderful stay! We were in the Portsmouth Room which is on the third floor away from the other rooms. It was very spacious, light and comfortable. It had a large private balcony that had a view of... More

We traveled to the Cove B&B in March and enjoyed our stay on the island. The hosts were friendly and we appreciated their recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The Inn was clean, breakfast was far more than we could eat, and we especially enjoyed hearing about the island from the inn keepers who are local. Complementary wine in... More

This is a charming property with very clean rooms and wonderful hosts - Erin and Chad. The breakfast was wonderful. Being off the beaten path, our evenings on the porch were much quieter than would have happened in town, yet we were close enough to easily get to the restaurants and shops in town. Although the rooms are simple, they... More

We were traveling on our BMW motorcycle down the east coast. We found the facility great and a wonderful host and hostess and met a number of nice guests at our gourmet breakfast. Peaceful and quiet like we enjoy. Romantic. We will be back for more days asap. Also, neat nature trail is a two minute walk away. Awesome!

This was our 2nd week-long stay at The Cove, which we absolutely love! Erin and Chad are warm and hospitable hosts, and her breakfasts are delicious and a great way to get the day started. Our suite was quite large and made a pleasant headquarters for our week. Watching the colors of the sunset from our balcony on our last... More
