I spent a weekend with friends and it was an excellent experience. Good food, wonderful staff, and within walking distance to the Pinehurst Village for great shopping. Also, near Southern Pines with wonderful shopping.I plan to go back in 2014.

I traveled to Pinehurst for a work function and had the chance to stay in The Carolina Inn. Overall easy and great experience. They have all of the charm from former golf tourney and keep this resort in great shape. The food was excellent as well as the beers served in the Ryder Cup Bar.

The Carolina is a beautiful historic Inn. Feels very Southern from the moment you pull up. My first visit to Pinhurst was absolutely amazing.. friendly and informed staff, great rooms, top notch courses with a must play in order of my personal preference # 8, #2 then #4. A must do on any golfer's bucket list.

Stayed at the Carolina for a business conference and because of a canceled flight I arrived very late but was overjoyed when my room was upgraded to a suite. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Great destination for golfers. A must on your bucket list.
