My family & I stayed here while visiting the Raleigh area looking for rental homes. The man at the front desk was friendly and even showed us the room before we booked so my brother could make sure the tv's had the proper hook-ups to play his X-Box. The lobby was clean and manager informed us that we could use... More

The manager named Erin was far the most wonderful manager I have had the experience to meet in my weekly travel experience. She had an amazing ability to greet people, make you feel welcome and above all she made traveling fun. She handled the bar, customers and guest checking in all at the same time. With a glowing smile all... More

The room was over priced for what you get. Stayed in a room with double bed, but was too small for them. The bathroom was so small that you had to just about be in the tub to shut the door. The bed and pillows were so hard that we couldn't get any rest. Buffet items were either cold or... More

This seems to be the typical Holiday Inn Express design built sometime in the early or mid-1990s. The room was clean & quiet, and the beds were fine; however the bathroom is tiny containing only the tub/shower and the toilet with just enough room for one person. The vanity is right in front of the entrance door to the room,... More

I am staying here for a conference and am getting it for NC state Govt. rate. That rate is $79. It is not really worth that. More like $50/night would be more like it. Right above my door in the hall is a large hole in the ceiling, when I went to open the door I noticed it was already... More

We only stayed here one night to attend a concert @ the Time Warner Pavillion. First of all, they were very accomodating on the telephone. We had no trouble finding it and it was only 5-10 minutes away from the pavillion. A Wal-Mart and places to eat right there. Rooms were very clean. Sheets, towels, tub, toilet ALL CLEAN. In... More

The hotel is run by a loveable New Yoiker who is one hell of a guy who really knows how to run a hotel - I wish we booked in earlier cos we would have stayed longer even if we had to travel out further. Beware Holiday Inn corporate - This guy will be snapped up by rivals - He... More

About a few blocks away there's a load of shops and restaurants, so the hotel's location is okay. The pool is pretty iffy looking, but hotel has a nice cozy, homey vibe. My room was huge and it had two beds. The bathroom was spacious as well and the whole place was very clean. The wireless didn't work in the... More
