Our breakfast was good.The hostess was really helpful with directions of what to do in area.The hold restaurant staff was friendly except for the supervisor is was rude and unhelpful. My family enjoyed our breakfast but your supervisor need training how to not be rude to customers and staff we are the reason why he gets paid.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and each time the staff has been friendly and professional. Rooms are nice and comfortable and every request is handled professionally. Restaurant is great and very welcoming. One of the best places to stay in downtown Raleigh.

The Sheraton banquet team provided wonderful support for an evening dinner event for an important military client. The food was diverse, well prepared, and delicious.
