An old place, in need of some renovation. Have stayed here many years ago. Needs some renovation now. Basic facility, AC rooms, Polite staff and good food. If you bargain you can expect 10% to 20% discount on room rates :-)

Good Rooms,slightly cramped,but very clean,little old lobby but the staff , especially the front desk staff were very helpfull.Good veg/non veg food in ala carte.The breakfast buffet is not so good.The service is prompt.Over all good exerience for family as well as business traveller.

hotel Balvas international is not a bad place to stay to maintain dignity, again its value for money, one good thing is the delicious taste of the food, love to have non veg food. Decent location , heart of the indore city. With the minimum room rent, hotel need to focus on entertentment for gest.

Good Hotel at very good location. Not five star facility but definately good hotel at the centre of the city.

hotel balwas is a very nice hotel. Service in the hotel is very good. But, the location is quite odd. As it doesnt face to main road. But, overall the hotel is very good.
