Stayed here for one night for a conference. Room needs fair bit of upgrading. Staff not wonderful but not too bad. In hindsight I would pay extra for a cabin. Wouldn't go back though

Having read a couple of reviews on tripadvisor regarding the Agnes Palms I was pleasantly surprised. Jess in the office was great and accommodated our request for early check in. The room was basic but airy and clean.
