We booked to stay here for 2 nights but due to circumstances weren't able to. Management went above and beyond the call of duty and refunded us, even though we cancelled late. I appreciated the friendly manner of the hotel management.

An excellent family ... we upgraded. Full kitchen facilities. Helpful and friendly Staff (Lisa & Denise I think were the names) Room service also helpful and good..Well posioned on the end of Espernac Esplanade.
