The owners are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The food is outstanding. The b and b is quiet, very clean, and is a great location for exploring Washington, Bath, New Bern, and the area. I will stay there again when my travels take me in that part of this beautiful state.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Carolina House B & B. The owners were very friendly and the inn was very warm and welcoming. We were in the Royal Suite and loved it! This is a nice B&B. The hosts were very gracious and the food was excellent. The place looks like an old colonial house from the 1800's but I'm not sure. I would describe it as Victorian style. Very nice B&B located a few blocks from historic downtown Wshington NC. Very comfortable and enjoyed the hosts. Would definitely go back because the breakfasts WERE THE BEST that I've ever had at a B&B (have visited 30 in the last 3 years). Very original dishes even some with a "secret" sauce.
