“Smelly”

The room my husband and I stayed in smelled terrible! Working at a hotel ourselves we didnt complain we just dealt with it. We were on the 4th floor where the ice machine was unplugged and there was no vending machine. The room itself looked fine just wasnt completely pleased with my stay.

“Low quality, high price”

I was shocked at the overall condition of the hotel. The first room I was assigned to had no upper security feature on the door. I had to trek all the way downstairs to get another room. “Nothing special, feeling a bit rundown, nice evening happy hour”

The hostess at the weeknight "happy hour" was very nice and helpful. The room smelled like pot, and felt pretty old overall. I was surprised they wanted $10 for breakfast, when there is a Dunkin Donuts and Waffle House across the street. Hotel workers outside smoking cigarettes late at night, a bit noisy.

“dishonest reservations”

Booked a reservation through the Priority Club website and specified in the online comments that a smoking room was required. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was 100% smoke free. If you don't want smokers as customers you should be honest enough to tell them before they arrive expecting to check in.
