Our room, by miscommunication, was not cleaned. They made things right with us and even offered to come and clean it at 9 pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We received clean towels, shampoo etc.

The staff was very attentive and professional. The hotel was quite busy but everything was organized and the staff took time to be friendly and attentive to all guests. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here 3 different times in the last 3 months. Every time I stay the staff is wonderful!!! They are welcoming and help you with whatever you might need. I won't stay anywhere else in Bismarck. The rooms are in great too!!

Not my worst stay in Bismarck, but close. While the staff was friendly, the room décor was worn and smelled musty. The bathroom fixtures were covered in dust.
