We traveled on business and this Best Western Hotel should be on the list of top Canadian hotels. The decor, rooms, restaurant, amenities and service are 5 star. Beds are firm with a pillow top and are not digging into one while sleeping. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We could not find any negatives at this hotel.

I attended a meeting here and stayed one night. I was in the 2 story motel type annex, The room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed. It was very clean and everything worked. The meeting was catered by the onsite Sawmill restaurant which provided 3 excellent meals and refreshed the meeting room. I had an excellent stay.

It could be a bit better I have not heard of the hotel renting the pool for private non-guess parties. We spend this past weekend in Cold lake Alberta and we chose to stay at the Best western however, I would not be recommending service is good food is ok customer service well no so much I was not impresses.... Stayed here for three nights for work. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality and appearance of the property and rooms.
