The water was warm and the waterslide was great. The pool was fairly shallow (1m-1.2m) which is perfect for younger kids. The room was a suite and large enough to entertain another couple in. Everything seemed new and it was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly.

With in hours of this complaint to management there were several parking spaces made available to handicap patrons. The manager states that no one had ever complained in five years of the hotels existence.
Trip Advisor made me wait several months before I could update and commend the management and staff of this hotel for being as accommodating as possible...

it seems this hotel can charge nearly $200 a night but can not erect a handicap parking sign. Once snow is on the ground there is no way to see the blue paint so there is no enforcing disabled parking and the disabled are forced to cross the icy parking lot.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the difficulty you experienced due to designated handicap stalls signage not being visible. I apologize for any inconvenience caused, we have now added the stand up signs in front of each stall to prevent this problem from reccurring.

This is a great place to stay with excelent staff clean rooms and comfy beds. its a newer building and it has a pool and hot tub. We sat in the hot tub and watch the snow come down. Thanks for a wonderfull stay
