Recently our group booked a large group of rooms. We had 3 different confirmation numbers for three bookings. We received an email well after the fact stating that our reservation was lost. There were no apologies, no explanations and certainly no one working with us to make our reservation work.

This hotel is overpriced based on the room quality. The pillows and linens were extremely well used, if you do needto stay here definitely bring your own pillow. Room furnishing were plain but adequate. Room hi-speed internet wasn't working. Breakfast was okay. Restaurant meal was okay. Front desk service was okay. On the above average side, and where it *really* matters - the room was clean and quiet!
