Large rooms and very comfy bed. Nice toiletries and lots of fresh towels. Free internet in rooms with your laptop but only wifi in Lobby.we visited in May and the whole place was deserted, it was like a ghost town. Do not eat in the Black Garlic Bistro near the hotel. Poor Asian food, far too spicy and all veg...

Delta Sun Peaks is my first choice of stopover between Whistler and Jasper in the summertime, having stayed here three times now. I have stopped at Kamloops in the past, and there simply isn't any nice lodging or surroundings there. (Not sure why Kamloops has never figured out what a brand new four-star hotel would do for them - there...

On our way from Jasper to Whistler we spent one night in Sun Peaks. This hotel was beautiful. It had a great bar and the food was great. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were King Singles. Staff were friendly and always obliging. The Ski runs were closed but there was plently of snow around. It was...

I recently travelled to Sun Peaks with my singing group, Epsilon, to perform for the Cantando music festival. Our show ran a little late (until approximately 10:15), by which time all the restaurants in the area had closed. We were starving, so we tried to get room service, but they had closed for the night. By this time we were...

Room was very comfortable and cabled Internet was free. Free wifi was avaIlable in the lobby and in the restaurant. Great place to stay and it...

Beautiful hotel with large suites. Was here with a group for business but would consider bringing my family back for a ski vacation if the price was right. Village is pretty typical for ski resort with souvenir shops, a liquor store and grocery store.

If you are into Snowboarding or Skiing, I have to say that Sun Peaks is the ultimate getaway with unbelievable Glades for boarding, Unreal Powder, Great progression for Kids, and the best time to go is March and the start of April. Two years in a row we have stayed at the Delta, first year in the Hotel and this...

Sun Peaks is a 'second string' resort area, and not of caliber to attract the big name hotel chains- Starwood, Fairmont, Pan Pacific, etc. But Delta did venture into that market, and now anchors what is a pretty commendable little village. It is located right beside, and I mean right beside the lifts and is accessible from several entrances, convenient...

Dear mistermaui,
Thanks for providing such thoughtful and thorough feedback regarding your recent stay at Delta Sun Peaks Resort.
I agree that we have a pretty commendable village but not so much with the "second string" resort area comment. Sun Peaks Resort boasts the 2nd largest amount of skiable terrain in BC and the 3rd largest in Canada.
I'm glad...

Dear clmak,

Today (Monday April 9th) is the final day of the ski season here in Sun Peaks but as well as being, as you've noted, "a great place for a winter escape with family and friends" Sun Peaks Resort is also a...
