the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the bathroom smelled of urine. the lady at the desk gave me a room deodorizer which really worked, I just put towels on the floor in the bathroom to avoid walking on the floor. when I mentioned the above at check out time. the attendant at the desk really did her best... An excellent hotel with pool. Ideally located to Grimsby and surrounding towns and shopping. Ideal place to stay when visiting friends and or family in the area.
