“Pleasant surprise....but very thin walls!”

Stayed here for a wedding nearby. Great, new hotel with a surprisingly swanky foyer. Great service by the concierge, very kind, easy checkout. Overall very clean, beds were comfy....but the walls were super thin so could hear almost everything going on next door and out in the hallway. “Excellent”

We stayed there as a family in early December 2011 to do some Christmas shopping. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the best bed I have slept in a long time. “Very Modern Hotel, Close to Shopping and Attractions”

“If you are going to Canada's Wonderland you must stay here!”

I loved this hotel! From the staff to the room everything was first rate and first class. We stayed one day during a visit to Canada's Wonderland. We had dinner and the breakfast buffet the next morning and the food was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable and great for a sound night of sleep. More

I ended up having an extended stay in the Vaughan area on a project. Luckily when I initially attempted to book a room at one of my "standard" hotels it was full, and ended up at the Novotel. “AMAZING location”

Went there with my spouse as a weekend getaway. They are pet friendly Restaurant was very good, bar staff amazing, talked to us all night. Rooms were beautiful. You can walk to vaughan mills mall which I loved. More

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at this very new hotel only steps away from Vaughan Mills. Ample free parking and easy access to Hwy 400. We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The rooms were modern and clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
