I didn't stay a full night here, but I feel like my experience warrants a review in order for others to know what to expect. I had heard from coworkers that it wasn't a great hotel, but thought I'd give it a shot. Checked in, front desk service was average, nothing notable. The building is dated and everything goes downhill... More

My room was nice and it was clean. I stayed there two nights on business. It's an older hotel. Bed was fairly comfortable. I had no issues with noise. I'm a smoker and they allow smoking so this was one of the reasons that I chose to stay there. Front desk check in was ok, nothing rude and I was... More

Our stay at this hotel was awful from the minute we got there. The second we got out of our truck we realized that there were people fighting (drunk) right outside the front door. The words they were spewing out in front of my two small children were absolutely disgusting. When we went to check in and expressed our concerns... More

I've travelled a lot of this world and I can honestly say I have never stayed in a more unkept overpriced dump in all my life. From a clogged sink drain, a shower curtain that's almost falling down, a satellite that I had to repair, to a dirty filthy floor that I didn't dare take my shoes off. The only... More

On our last leg of cross-country trek to Edmonton, we stopped here for the evening. OMG what a mistake. The room was definitely overpriced for what we got. The room/bathroom looked like old and dingy. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the ventilation system was extremely noisy. This hotel needs a makeover. The young lady who checked us in was not... This is a 2 star motor hotel, well worn everywhere, the bathroom is a depressing faded yellow with barely working faucets - the wifi worked OK and there is a flat screen TV but that's about it. Will try another place next time.

I asked for a non smoking room but all I can smell is smoke. Does a sticker on the door make it a non smoking room? The tub is all cracked and has cigareete burns on it. The coffee maker is missing the coffee basket so I improvised. The pool isnt a pool but a waterslide catch. The plug ins... More

Spent 2 nights here last weekend for kid's karate tournament, one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at, including some sketchy places in Cuba and Mexico. Old and rundown, generally in a state of disrepair, but the housekeeping !! really ?? Dirty coffee cups on a nice clean paper tray ? Pubic hair all over bathroom ?? Pizza crusts... More

I don't understand why this hotel is receiving such bad reviews. We stayed here because we ran out of the travel lodge down the street (worst ever) we stayed for 10 mins then demanded our money back and decided to give this place a try. The front desk lady was very kind and we got a beautiful room right away.... More

The online pictures are very deceiving. The hallways are a maze to geth thru and the smell of mildew and smoke is over whelming. The elevator fits two people, without luggage so trying to pack belonging up to you're room is tricky. The housekeeping is god awful. After my room was 'cleaned' I was left with one towel and one...
