My husband had stayed there for work and was appalled to find not one, but 15 bed bugs in his room. Absolutely disgusting. When confronted, they said they would wash his work clothes there for him!! Not even understanding it needed to be DRY CLEANED to kill them. sick to my stomach about it!!
