While staying with friends last winter, this eco-hotel was across the street & I saw them adding new luxury apartments...all done in an authentic yet elegant style. Fabulous view of the lake & gourmet pizza restaurant adjacent to hotel makes this a place I would recommend. Reasonably priced too:)
