Admittedly paying £23 for a room, didn't expect the Ritz. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillow tiny. Did manage to get to sleep despite the room seeming to be getting warmer and warmer (even with the heater turned off). The hot water was patchy. Had to run the sink tap to get any hot water out of the shower.

stayed at the travel lodge for one night en route to luton airport i booked two rooms and couldnt find fault with either room. They were clean and tidy ideal for a night stay. Reception was very impressive and receptionist was friendly.

Long day arrived 10.45pm.. Only food was across the open to the elements footbridge, all Southside closed. Slept showered left, met expectations. £35 booked on the same day. It is the minimal human interactions that can add to the most basic of hotel experiences. Here they have a four as the staff were above the averageness of travelodge.
