The Blue Cow is a truly wonderful place to stay. Mila was a very friendly and courteous hostess and made me very welcome. The accomodation is of a very high standard and exceptionally clean and tidy throughout. The breakfast arrangements worked very smoothly and the quality of the products was top notch. For my evening meal I took a short stroll... More

Very cozy, intimate little getaway. One or two minor niggles, but ultimately they're irrelevant given the overall charm of this place. Really nice rooms, the breakfast experience was a joy & the shower was lovely! (sorry I broke the conditioner bottle Mila :) Any place that can make me feel like a loved-up Hobbit for a weekend has to receive... More

The Blue Cow is not your bog standard B & B where you sit at a breakfast table with strangers waiting for breakfast to arrive. For a start the accommodation is for one or two only as there is only a double bed. And breakfast requirements are requested at, or soon after, booking. On arrival, breakfast is in the fridge... The reviews already posted say it all - this is not your ordinary B&B! Tucked away round the back of the main house The Blue Cow is as close as you will get to a 'home from home'. I spend quite a bit of time away from home in hotels and if I have to stay away this is the... More

On a recent trip back to Cambridgeshire visiting friends and family I stayed at the Blue Cow for a week. Situated adjacent a beautiful garden The Blue Cow offers every comfort ensuring a relaxing and stress free stay. Milly, the owner, was the most gracious host from making sure the kitchen was stocked with everything required for breakfast to maintaining... More

Breathtaking. Totally unprepared for this wonderful accommodation. I so wish I was stayng more than one night. Will be staying again but socially next time. If I had my way, I'd divorce my family and move in! Handy for anyone wanting to visit Cambridge and the surrounding area. You have got to stay here. More

We had a two night stay at The Blue Cow and can only reiterate what we had read by other visitiors. It was exceptional, plenty of room, peaceful, all our needs were met, but above all the attention to detail given by Mila and the tasteful way in which she has presented not only the property but also the food... My husband and I stayed at The Blue Cow recently for a weekend away and we were delighted with the overall experience. The cottage is amazingly comfortable and spacious with an extremely high attention to detail. Everything is immaculate, clean, efficient and luxurious. We can highly recommend this private accommodation, we will definitely be returning! More

This is the perfect little getaway place. It has everything you could possibly need to stay for as long as you like. We stayed for two nights and were welcomed like friends. Breakfast acn be pre ordered and the ingredients put in the fridge for you to cook at your leisure and the table is set beautifully before you arrive.... More

We recently stayed at the Blue Cow for one night for my partner's birthday and absolutely loved the place. The owner is very welcoming and greeted us on our arrival after a day's sightseeing in Cambridge. The cottage is set back from the road and feels secluded and is a very beautiful conversion. There is plenty of space - we... More
