The location was great. The staff, food, room and company was excellent. Unfortunately, due to a musical festival at Castle Donnington; some of the residents were extremely noisy. This led to major disruption during our stay. The culprits should of been ejected immediately. We were offered a refund. However, there are lessons to be learnt for the future.

We spent one night at the premier hotel on our way to EMA . Spotless very comfy beds could not fault it , the only Negative is the airport is not so near as the hotels says when you book . Taxi to the airport is ten pounds . We would stay here again . Breakfast very nice .

Couldn't fault the hotel and the staff went the extra mile. I left my charger in the room and Phil Hozak went the extra mile to resolve and posted me the charger immediately. Thank you very much. Have been staying here each quarter for last 2 years. Continues to deliver good staff, food, rooms are clean and tidy and superb for airport use. Work locally at airport and I close by. The meal deal is definitely worth it. I book the room in advance to get best rates

Hotel was ok, generally in line with other Premier inns. Breakfast was non existent, watined twenty five minutes after ordering and it had not arrived. Complained to manger, went to pack room, came back ten imuites later to be told breakfast would be ready in five minutes. Claimed money back under good night guarantee.

We stopped at this hotel on our wedding night before leaving for our honeymoon the next morning. We were greeted with a congratulations card and roses which made our stay feel more special. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent for the price.
