This hotel has a 1st floor landing but NO LIFT just a large flight of stairs!! whats all that about!! The hotel is tired in need of desperate refurbish! We got a 3am and 3:15am wake up call which we did not request and was not even given an apology. Would definatley not recommend.

I had a meeting that was taking place in the hotel which was ideal as it is a walk from the terminal. Arrived and there was booking chaos at reception. Apparently a staff member had been on sick so the booking list? had not been delivered? The manageress was like a robot and so un helpful! She needs to find a new job or maybe she is already working her notice!
