The views from the conservatory restaurant are wonderful whatever the season ...try the local mussels with frites of course! while looking out over the marshes. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and I would go back tomorrow! Wonderful if like me you enjoy walking as it is right next to the coastal path.
