Wonderfully spacious room with a great view of the lake. Service was outstanding, from all concerned. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice. The ambience of the property was warm, cosy and welcoming. We'll be back!

Stayed here for 2 nights one wet May weekend. Was missing warm atmosphere & needed an open fireplace for cold weekend. Satisfied with most aspects with minor recommendations for fellow travelers. Request a room away from reception & kitchen, find a cosy pub to park yourself Saturday afternoon & don't bring takeaway back to the b&b

Clean comfortable accommodation, lovely hosts who provide good breakfast in a beautiful part of Daylesford. Only downfall was the lack of soundproofing between rooms and hallway.

We have stayed at a number of B&B's throughout Australia that have been good but the Balconies has taken our experience to a whole new level. We could not find fault with either the room or the breakfast, these were just superb. We certainly will return soon and look forward to Michael and Russell's professional hospitality.

Very nice accommodation, room had everything incuding huge towels and towel warmers and was lovely and clean.The breakfast was great, the hosts were terrific providing info on local sites & restaurants, would definitely go back.

This B&B is beautifully appointed and spotless. Michael and Russell run a professional business in a very welcoming way. We stayed in the compact room which was small but had everything we needed (except a full length mirror).
