We stay in this hotel every time while visiting Cleveland for family events. The location is proximate to the Legacy Village and convenient. The breakfasts are delicious, and the kitchen staff is well trained. The pool is good for the summer trips. In general, it is a very good hotel for a reasonable price.

The bedding is nice, rooms are clean and there is little noise transfer between rooms. The fitness room is quite small. The restaurant is mostly sea food. Staff is friendly - overall a nice place to stay

I was a little concerned prior to my arrival that there was going to be a lot of changes to the hotel since it was changed from a Hilton to Double Tree. I was immediately proved wrong when I entered the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly staff and a warm cookie! Nice touch!

This hotel is always clean and is very efficient in handling the large groups our company books at this hotel. The workout room is well equipped. Pool is fabulous, especially in the summer. Check-in was efficient.

The hotel staff was not very accommadating when I needed a late check offered me a half hour past the time, i had a pay an additional fee for a late check out and the cleaning staff was just cleaning the rooms in the hall just before I checked out

Accomodations were very nice staff were pleasant, the room was quiet, except for the heating cooling unit was a tiny bit noisy but was not a big hinderence. The cafe was very clean and staff were helpfull, the area was a bit warm which made dinning a bit uncomfortable.

I stay at the DoubleTree in Cleveland East/Beachwood regulary, and it really is a great hotel. They have done a great job updating the rooms, and I find them very comfortable, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and is quite close to some good restaurants. The rooms need updating as the furniture was old and the bathroom was in poor condition. I would stay here again but the price will have to be lower
