I stayed here for one evening for a seminar that was held here. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. I would most likely stay here again in the future under the same circumstances.

Stayed here for the Cleveland Marathon as well as for business. The location was perfect not only for the marathon but also for the Rock'n Roll museum. Average satisfaction overall. Had issue with making reservations on front end but when checked in front desk fixed super fast with no questions. Location of hotel is a disadvantage due to loud train noise. Can be loud enough to wake one up in the middle of the night.

Great hotel centrally located with a shuttle that will whisk you around the city to all the hopping restaurants, theatres, etc..... A staff that is always smiling and looking for ways to go above and beyond to ensure you're stay was nothing but the best it could be! Highly recommended!
