Was there in April for a conference. Easily the nicest facilty I've ever experienced for a business trip. They really know how to add the little touches that make it special. Also, their staff were very accomodating - nothing was too much trouble. Very convenient to the Cleveland Clinic campus. Would stay there again anytime!

Just stayed, and am going to stay again. Very convenient with car pickup from the airport that you can have charged to your room, prices competitive to taxi. Convenient with covered walkway to hosp. Staff friendly and accommodating. Food in hotel restaurant very good, way above average for a hotel. Room service was fast, and food arrived hot.

The Hotel InterContinental always makes our stay at the Cleveland Clinic go more pleasantly as well as more convenient. The concierge lounge is particularly pleasant & Ms.Antoinette Peterson is a charming & helpful hostess.

Everyone of the staff I came into contact with - the valets, bell captains, and front desk staff, we're fantastic and attentive. The room and bathroom were large, modern, and clean. I had some down time that I happily spent in the room working. There was even enough room to get my yoga in. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful, classy hotel by any measure. The rooms, public spaces, and service are absolutely first rate. It is particularly attractive if you are visiting the Cleveland Clinic, as it is literally interconnected with the Clinic's skyway system.
