This hotel is one of the nicest hotels that we've ever stayed in. It was one of the least expensive I found in downtown Cleveland. Easy walking distance to everything in downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was big, clean, and quiet.

I've stayed in other Embassy Suites -- but this one doesn't measure up. We had a family get-together, and booked three rooms and one suite.
